I am an accomplished Operations and Strategic partner delivering solid results in operations leadership and strategic planning. I’ve have extensive experience with over 25 years with the Blues plans driving business process re-engineering, team leadership and healthcare business operations expertise. As a MBA/MHA graduate, I focus on identifying opportunities for stability, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and overall service and team leadership of many cross-functional and multiple location structures.
Throughout my career, I have focused on many key areas of operations including claims operations, call center, enrollment, training, quality and user acceptance testing. My experience also includes technology on multiple platforms well-known within the industry and has led several key components of system implementations, upgrades and key milestone deliverables.
