Chief Information Officer

Kim joined Continental Benefits in 2014 as Chief Information Officer.  In this role, Kim is responsible for aligning IT and corporate strategies to significantly reduce overall costs, improve quality, increase customer satisfaction, and prepare for the future.

Prior to joining Continental Benefits, Kim spent 25+ years in various technical and leadership roles for a large TPA where she partnered with stakeholders, managers, staff, vendors, and clients to define business requirements, articulate a vision, and implement Enterprise IT systems. Kim led an IT team supporting systems for a wide array of Third Party Administrator products including self-funded medical, dental, and vision; third party billing; consumer driven health plans; COBRA administration; workers compensation and disability.
