A little over 20 years ago I began my insurance career with Aetna in Connecticut working as a claims processor and customer service representative.Customer service is equal parts education and assistance, and I realized my passion was helping people learn in unique ways. Escaping the harsh winters of the Northeast I relocated to sunny Florida in the late 90s. My passion for educating others led me through several different chapters, from simple administration to client consulting for some of the nation’s largest firms. These experiences helped me discover an artist in me as well, that enjoys unique and creative presentation. While these opportunities were great, they left me yearning for something new and exciting. When the opportunity to join Continental Benefits was presented, I saw a fantastic opportunity to engage my passions of creativity and educating to help build something truly different. As Director of Marketing and Training, I live my passions every day, training staff, building external training programs and promoting the brand of Continental Benefits.
