Continental Benefits offers multiple options for enrolling members in our benefits platform, which can be done electronically through your HR / payroll system or by using electronic files from your current eligibility vendor. We also have two online portal options:

BASIC ENROLLMENT PORTAL (MESA): A no-cost, direct-input enrollment portal that allows you and/or your employees to manage health plan enrollment. It allows the election of core benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision. Employee-based enrollments and changes can be reviewed before processing.

ENHANCED ENROLLMENT PORTAL: Wholesale pricing access to a full benefits administration system in partnership with Continental Benefits. It can handle a wide variety of enrollment needs, from core medical benefits to ancillary and voluntary plans.

Both portals are available year round and are supported by a concierge-level customer service team to help employees make elections. Our platform allows for the capture, billing and remittance of multiple lines of coverage at a minimal cost, and we can consolidate all lines of coverage into one easy to read and pay bill.
